ÃßÈÄ ¿¬±¸¸¦ À§ÇÑ Á¦¾ðÀ¸·Î º» ¿¬±¸°¡ ÁßÀç 8ÁÖ ÈÄ ¹Ýº¹ ÃøÁ¤À» ÇÏ¿© ºÎºÐÀû È¿°ú¸¦ º¸¾ÒÀ¸³ª, ¸í»óÈÆ·ÃÀÇ Àå±â°£ ¹Ýº¹Àû ½ÇõÀÌ ÀÚ¾Ö¿Í ¿¬¹ÎÀÇ Åµµ ¹è¾ç Çâ»ó, ´Ù¾çÇÑ ½É¸®Àû Áõ»ó °¨¼Ò È¿°ú¸¦ °¡Á®¿À¹Ç·Î(Zeng et al., 2015) ¸î ÁÖ È¤Àº ¸î ´Þ ÈÄ¿¡ ÃßÈÄ °Ë»ç¸¦ ÇÏ¿© ±×¿¡ µû¸¥ ½É¸®Àû, »ý¸®Àû º¯È¸¦ »ìÆ캸´Â °Íµµ ÇÊ¿äÇÏ´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ ÀÓ»ó½Ç½ÀÀ» °æÇèÇÏ°í ÀÖ´Â 3, 4ÇгâµéÀÇ °æ¿ì ±³°ú¿Ü È°µ¿ ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ÀÇ ÀÏȯÀ¸·Î È°¿ëµÇ±â¸¦ ¹Ù¶ó¸ç, ½Ã°£Àû?°ø°£Àû Á¦ÇÑÀ» °í·ÁÇÑ ÁÜ(Zoom)À» È°¿ëÇÑ ±³À°À» ÅëÇÏ¿© ±×¿¡ µû¸¥ È¿°ú¸¦ °ËÁ¤Çϱ⸦ Á¦¾ðÇÑ´Ù.

Purpose: This study examined the effects of a loving-kindness and compassion meditation program on the empathy, emotion, and stress of nursing college students.
Methods: A pre-posttest experimental design with a non-equivalent control group was applied. The participants were 39 nursing college students (experimental group: 19, control group: 20). The loving-kindness and compassion meditation program for nursing college students took 8 weeks. Data was collected from February 2016 to March 2016, and was analyzed by Chi-square test and independent t-test using IBM SPSS/WIN 19.0.
Results: The difference between the experiment group and control group was statistically significant in empathy, negative affect, and perceived stress.
Conclusion: The results indicate that the loving-kindness and compassion meditation program was effective for empathy improvement and stress management of nursing college students.
